These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and VIIBYTE Corporation ("VIIBYTE", "we", "us") covering the Rivalis Academia Nexus game, this website, and the related account, top-up and item shop services (together, the "Services").

By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms and approves any purchases you make.

• Give accurate information when you register and keep your email address up to date.
• You are responsible for everything that happens on your account. Keep your password and security PIN private; staff will never ask for them.
• Accounts are personal. Do not share, sell, trade, rent or transfer an account, characters or items outside the game.
• Usernames must not impersonate others or be offensive, and we may change or remove ones that are.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

When using the Services you agree not to:

• Cheat, or use bots, macros, hacks, modified clients or any unauthorized third-party software.
• Exploit bugs or glitches instead of reporting them.
• Harass, threaten, scam or discriminate against other players or staff.
• Impersonate VIIBYTE staff or another player.
• Buy, sell or trade accounts, items, in-game gold or Premium Points for real money outside our official shop.
• Attack, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with our servers, website or other players' connections.
• Post unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit or otherwise harmful content.

Premium Points, in-game gold, items and other virtual content ("Virtual Items") are licensed to you, not sold. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use them within the Services. Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Prices are shown in Philippine pesos before checkout. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider.
• Points are credited to your account once your payment is confirmed.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or where we confirm a billing error. If points do not arrive, contact support with your payment reference number.
• Referral rewards are promotional. We may change their rates or end the program, and may withhold or remove rewards gained through abuse, such as self-referrals or fake accounts.
• We may change prices, packages and item shop contents at any time.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payments may lead to removal of the related Virtual Items and suspension of the account.

If you break these Terms, we may warn you, remove Virtual Items, reset progress, or suspend or permanently ban your account, depending on how serious the violation is. You will not be entitled to a refund for Virtual Items lost because of a suspension or ban. You may stop using the Services at any time, and may ask us to delete your account.

The game is live and under active development. We may add, change or remove features, content, characters, balance and events, and we may schedule maintenance or experience outages. We may also discontinue the Services, and will try to give reasonable notice before doing so.

The Services, including their software, artwork, characters, music, logos and text, are owned by VIIBYTE or its licensors and are protected by law. Apart from the limited right to play and use the Services under these Terms, no rights are granted to you. You may share screenshots and videos of your gameplay for non-commercial purposes, as long as you do not suggest they are endorsed by VIIBYTE.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or that data will never be lost.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIIBYTE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of Virtual Items or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Before bringing a formal claim, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you on the website, in the game or by email. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the new Terms.
