This Privacy Policy explains how VIIBYTE Corporation ("VIIBYTE", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use the Rivalis Academia Nexus game, this website, and the related account, top-up and item shop services (together, the "Services").

We process personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and its implementing rules. By creating an account or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this policy.

Information you give us.

• Account details: username, email address, password and the 6-digit security PIN you create at sign-up.
• Messages you send us, for example through our Discord or social media pages.
• A referral code, if you enter one when topping up.

Information from sign-in providers. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the basic profile details that provider shares with us, such as your email address and a unique account identifier. We never receive your Google or Apple password.

Purchase information. When you buy Premium Points we keep a record of the package or amount, points granted, payment reference number, status and date. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider; we do not receive or store your full card, bank or e-wallet details.

Game and usage information. Characters, levels, school, guild, in-game currency, items, Premium Point balance, referral points and gameplay statistics, plus technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, and logs of sign-ins and account changes.

• To create and run your account and let you sign in, including through Google or Apple.
• To verify your email address and send account messages such as verification codes and password or PIN resets.
• To process Premium Point purchases, credit points and referral rewards, and handle payment issues.
• To operate the game, including public rankings and the item shop.
• To keep the Services secure: preventing fraud, cheating, spam and automated abuse, and enforcing our Terms of Service.
• To provide support, fix problems and improve the Services.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Your character names, levels, school, guild and ranking statistics (such as kills, gold and guild power) may appear to other players in the game and on the public Rankings page. Your email address, password and PIN are never shown publicly.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Services:

• Service providers that host our website and servers, send email, and process payments on our behalf.
• Google reCAPTCHA, which protects our sign-up form from bots. Its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Google and Apple, when you choose to sign in with them.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of our players and the Services.
• A successor, if VIIBYTE is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in to the website, and your browser's session storage to follow up on a payment after you return from checkout. We do not use advertising cookies. If you block cookies, you will not be able to sign in on the website.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and protected storage of passwords and PINs. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password and PIN private and never share them with anyone, including people claiming to be staff.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. Purchase records may be kept longer where required for accounting, tax or legal purposes.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
